Welcome to your Hilton Head home base! This third-floor condominium sleeps up to 6 and puts you close to Folly Field Beach and resort-style amenities including a communal pool, hot tub, and fitness center.



The Space:

Settle into a comfortable, family-friendly 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo designed for easy beach days and relaxed evenings. The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa for added flexibility, plus Wi-Fi, board games, and a DVD player for downtime. Both bedrooms feature smart TVs, and a laptop-friendly workspace makes it simple to check in with the office as needed. You’ll also have the convenience of an in-home washer/dryer combo.

Outside, enjoy the property’s outdoor seating and access to communal amenities—head to the pool, soak in the hot tub, or fit in a quick workout at the fitness center. You’re near the ocean with convenient beach access nearby and a short drive to favorite island spots.

Important Things to Note

• Third-floor unit. Stairs are required; there is no elevator.

• Parking: Free parking for up to 2 vehicles in the open lot (first-come, first-served). To receive parking passes at the gate, please provide your home address and vehicle make/model, license plate number, color, and registration state 24 hours prior to check-in. If using a rental car, let us know 24 hours prior and you’ll complete registration at the gate upon entry. Provide the reservation name and condo number (20J) to the gate guard to receive your pass.

• Communal amenities: Pool, hot tub, and fitness center are part of the community. Availability and hours may vary and amenities may occasionally close for maintenance.

• Pets: Pets are not permitted. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable laws.

• Laundry: Washer/dryer combo is in the unit for your convenience.

• A mattress pad for the king bed is provided in the bedroom closet.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
