Please note, this listing is only available for June 26-July 3, 2026. My family has been staying in this villa one week each summer since the 1980s. We love it and we are here to answer any questions you have about the accommodations and the area in general. We are happy to share our experiences visiting this magical place, in hopes that we can help make your week a memorable one. We can provide a link to more photos to anyone who is interested in renting with us. Here is the official description of our place: 567 Spicebush is tucked within the scenic Sea Pines community. This upgraded 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa is designed for comfort and accommodates up to six guests. After entering through the ground-level mudroom, take the stairs up to a warm, inviting interior where the open-concept main living area awaits. The kitchen is fully equipped. The dining area seats six, with additional bar seating. The living area includes a cozy sleeper sofa. Step out onto your private back patio to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the tranquil lagoon views and lush Lowcountry landscape. On the half level, you’ll find a bedroom with two twin beds and a detached en-suite bathroom. This bathroom also serves the main living area. Upstairs, the spacious master suite features a plush king-sized bed, a double vanity, and a walk-in shower that creates a spa-like atmosphere. Just outside the suite, a balcony overlooks the living area below. Your family is free to enjoy the community’s year-round heated pool, tennis courts, and fire pit. The villa is located just minutes from Harbour Town, South Beach Marina, and beautiful beaches. Spend your days exploring scenic bike paths, dining at local restaurants, shopping, or golfing—all just a short ride or stroll away. This villa is the perfect home base for your Hilton Head adventure.
