Smart Lock code access will be provided in the days prior to your arrival for seamless check-in. Three parking passes will be provided during your stay. If you will need additional passes for your vehicles, you will need to pay per pass and request all passes through the host. Parking pass must be displayed in vehicle to gain access into Sea Pines Resort and must be visible throughout your stay in Sea Pines.

Pest Control
All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
Minimum age of 25 required for primary guest. No Smoking. No pets. Please do not move furniture from one room to another. No RVs, motorcycles, trailers or golf carts allowed on property.
