4 Barrier Beach Cove is the vacation home of your dreams! This 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom home is located in folly field, sits just 4 rows from the ocean and is across the street from Chaplin community Park where you can enjoy access to tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball fields and a dog park! This home truly has something for everyone in your group with a private pool and spa, exceptional game room, 4 king suites, and a short walk to the beach.

The ground level is sure to be the place to hang out after a long day at the beach with a climate-controlled game room! This room features a ping pong table, foosball table, pop-a-shot, tennis racquets, a Wii gaming console, board games, smart TV, and seating area.

The private pool (24' x 12') and spa can be accessed from the front staircase or the sliding glass doors off the kitchen. The pool deck is fenced and features sun loungers, a dining table, seating area and gas grill. Inside the main level of the home, you will find an open floor plan living area and 2 bedrooms with ensuites. The custom kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with a coffee maker, dishes, utensils, and a gas range. A second refrigerator and freezer is available for guest use and the stand alone ice maker is great for keeping everyone's drinks cold on a hot summer day! The living room has plenty of seating for all guests, a smart TV, fireplace, and access to the pool deck through the sliding glass doors. The custom dining table is perfect for playing a card game or gathering for a meal with family and friends.

Down the hall, Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed, queen-sized sleeper sofa, smart TV, desk, and an ensuite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 features a king-sized bed, smart TV and an ensuite with a shower/tub combo. This bathroom also connects to the hallway for additional guest use throughout the day. A laundry room with a full size washer and dryer is also available for guest use.

Upstairs, you will find the remaining 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 3 features a king-sized bed, smart TV, seating area, desk, and an ensuite with a walk-in shower. This bedroom also has a private balcony overlooking the pool with great sunset views. Bedroom 4 features a king-sized bed, twin daybed, smart TV, and an ensuite with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 5 features 2 custom built twin/twin bunk beds, a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a smart TV and an ensuite with a shower/tub combo. This is the perfect space for the kids or teens! Don't forget to check the pictures for the custom port hole in each bunk! Lastly, bedroom 6 features 1 twin/twin bunk bed with a desk.

Great house

This house is great! Love the location and the house. Things that we would have liked is bikes available, we didnt have any, and in the description, it said we would. We would have liked a "hot" hot tub. I understand the pool not being heated, but the hot tub we expected to be hot. The outside shower was hidden and not easy to access. We would definitely book this house again. Thank you

Amazing property!

We had such a great experience renting this house! The house itself was beautiful and clean with plenty of amenities, and the pool/spa was clutch. We had one issue with the pool early in our stay, but the property manager came out and fixed it within an hour. The location was quiet but close to HHI's best spots. Rent this house!

Great location and spacious house

We loved our stay this past week. The house had plenty of bedrooms and sleeping space for everyone. We had 4 adults and 6 children (ages 6-14). The kids loved the bunk beds and the game room and pool. The spa was not working properly when we were there, so I reached out to the management company on Wednesday to let them know. They responded right away that someone would be there to look at it the next day. That’s all we heard about it, but it wasn’t fixed until we were loading our cars to leave that Saturday. It wasn’t a big deal because we still were able to use the pool. The beach is a short walk away. We didn’t find the outside shower in the back of the property until the last day. We would definitely stay again.

great house, great location

As a first time visitor to Hilton Head, I had no real idea about where things are, etc. We were nervous if the house was really close to the beach or activities. Hilton Head is kind of spread out so you need a car in most areas to get from spot to spot. But, this house is maybe 2 block walk to the beach on a side road - across from a park. The house has a pool and hot tub in front which is really where the kids wanted to go most of the time (and maybe the rest of us too) - and it was really perfect. The house is large and well-appointed and the stay was pleasant and calm. The owners were super-helpful and accomodating which was another big plus.

Our Best House Rental Ever!!

Awesome house...just as advertised! The elevated pool/hot tub at the same level as the main living area was amazing for convenience and safety. The host was extremely responsive and the few minor issues we encountered were immediately resolved. The four king bedrooms and kid's bunk rooms were wonderful and made our stay with 14 people (7 children) extremely comfortable. Can't go wrong staying here! Thank you for your great hospitality!

This house is as 100% as advertised! We enjoyed a week of time with family. The community park across the road is fantastic for six boys between 7 and 12. So much fun!

We had an incredible time at this property. Everything was clean, organized and the house was just beautiful. The house came equipped with a ton of games, beach toys and accessories, as well as bedding and sleep supplies for small children. The beach was a very short walk from the home and the area is great for runners, walkers, etc. There is also a park right across the street for kids! The property owners were just a phone call away and were so helpful in answering our questions. The only issue we had was that the hot tub instructions didn't seem to match the buttons on the actual hot tub. I would definitely recommend this property!!

Family vacation

This place was great for my family. I had all 5 of my children, their spouses and children. 15 in all and we all had a great time. The hot tub and pool were a huge hit! We loved the bike paths, beach, and the parks. The kids loved go out for dinner and each family cooked and cleaned up one night. It worked out awesome! Everyone is already talking about next year.

Fantastic place to stay!

Very spacious and clean! We loved the pool and spa area and even though it rained quite a bit that didn’t stop the kids from swimming. Access to the beach was nice and the beach area isn’t crowded in this location. We appreciate the ease of communication with the owner and had no problems with the check-in / check-out process. Lots of supplies and plenty of bedding!

Another perfect week!

This was our second year staying in Latitude Adjustment and it was just as good as the first time! The property is very clean, kitchen well stocked, great layout for families with different generations, amazing pool and hot tub, fun game room for the kids -- just perfect! We enjoyed another week here and love the location. Burke's Beach is not overly crowded and being just at the end of the street is super convenient. Communication with the owner, Mackie, is always very prompt. We will definitely return!

Family vacation!

We spent a week at this house. I cannot say enough positive things about this property. The house was absolutely beautiful, elegant yet very warm and inviting. There were so many wonderful touches such as throws around to cuddle with; beautiful beach towels right at the door leading to the pool. The kitchen was more than stocked. She thought of everything.Markie was amazing. My husband recently had knee surgery and walking it challenging for him. She made special arrangements for him to get a parking pass at Marriott so he could ride their golf cart to the beach. It was a wonderful family time filled with warm and cozy memories.
