The Space:

At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Sea Pines, this home opens onto lagoon views that stretch in nearly every direction. Mornings here are calm and reflective, with water views from the deck setting the tone for a slower pace. It's a fitting basecamp for a Lowcountry summer, when long days call for time on the water, in the pool, or unwinding on a shaded porch.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 6 beds. The main-floor primary bedroom includes his and her closets, a separate shower, a double vanity, and a Jacuzzi. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed with a full bath attached. The third bedroom is set up for kids, with two twin bunk beds and a bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. In total, the home offers 3.5 bathrooms.



Living space

The Great Room has a high ceiling and a fireplace (not for guest use), and connects to a separate living room - a good spot for an afternoon nap or settling in with a book after a day outdoors. A dedicated workspace is also available if you need to catch up on emails between beach trips.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen opens to a breakfast area, making it easy to cook and gather in one flow. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a dining table, along with cooking basics and dishes and silverware for full self-catering.



Outdoor space

Step outside to a spacious deck with a seating area and a grill that cantilevers out over the lagoon - a memorable spot for an evening cookout while the water catches the last light of the day. A patio or balcony rounds out the outdoor living space. Guests also have resort access to the Calibogue Club Villas Pool and Tennis facilities, plus use of the outdoor pool.



Location

Sea Pines puts you close to Harbour Town, with its marina, pier, lighthouse, playground, Gregg Russell concerts, and a mix of dining and shopping. The marina offers fishing charters, sightseeing cruises, pontoon boats, jet skis, and kayak rentals, and you can grab a meal at the Links Restaurant overlooking the first tee and ninth green. The Sea Pines Center, with spa services, shops, and restaurants, is also just a short distance away.



The beach and the Sea Pines Beach Club are a 5-10 minute bike ride away, with oceanfront dining for lunch and dinner and seasonal live music. Beyond the resort gates, Sea Pines offers natural beaches, championship golf, tennis, and biking trails to fill out the rest of your stay.

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.
