The living room offers a relaxed place to settle in after a day outside, with a smart TV ready when you want a quieter evening in. Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom features a king bed, and the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. Bed linens, towels, and essentials are provided.

 

Kitchen and dining

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from a quick breakfast to a full meal. Stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher are all on hand, along with cooking basics and dishes. A dining table rounds out the space for meals in.

 

Bathroom

The bathroom includes a bathtub, hot water, hair dryer, and cleaning products.

As a guest at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort, you have access to the resort's pool, tennis courts, and gym. The resort sits directly on the waterfront with beach access, and Folly Field Beach - with its natural beaches, biking trails, and open space - is right at your doorstep. Good to know

The condo includes complimentary WiFi, central air conditioning, and a dedicated workspace. Laundry facilities are coin-operated and located on-site, though not inside the unit. Self check-in is available via smart lock. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are permitted.

There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.
