The Space:

The main floor features an open living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a half bath, and direct access to the private outdoor patio with seating and a BBQ grill.



Upstairs, both bedrooms function as private suites with their own bathrooms and covered balconies, giving guests plenty of privacy and space to unwind. Located inside the gated Shipyard community, guests also enjoy access to the community pool, tennis courts, golf, walking trails, and seasonal beach shuttle, all just minutes from the beach and Coligny Plaza.
