✓ One dog allowed up to 60 pounds. A $300 non-refundable pet fee required.
✓ Town of Hilton Head Island quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
✓ The private pool is 7' X 18' with a 5' in diameter spa.
✓ Safety equipment for the pool or spa is not included, swim at your own risk.
✓ The Pool can be heated for an additional $100/day. Please request pool heat by contacting the host prior to arrival. Please note that the heat pump only allows the pool to heat to approximately 20 degrees warmer than the lowest nighttime temperature.
✓ The Town of Hilton Head Island has planned a beach renourishment project for 2025, with the beach area next to the home expected to be impacted some time from June through October.
