Stock, der vom Wohnzimmer aus zugänglich ist, genießen Sie im Shorewood 501 eine beeindruckende Aussicht auf den Atlantischen Ozean, einen weißen Sandstrand und das glitzernde Wasser eines Swimmingpools am Meer. Nach Stunden in der Brandung kehren die Urlauber vom Ozean über den privaten Strandweg zurück und tauchen dann in den Süßwasserpool oder einen saisonal beheizten Spa ein. Der Pool ist vom 1. März bis 30. April und vom 1. Oktober bis 30. November beheizt. Kleinkinder haben ein separates Planschbecken. Shorewood ist ein fünfstöckiges Aufzugsgebäude in South Forest Beach. Das Shorewood ist nur zwei Häuserblocks vom Coligny Beach Market entfernt und bietet eine breite Auswahl an Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten für alle Altersgruppen. Die erstklassige Lage und die liebevolle Einrichtung dieses modernen Penthouses machen es zu einem VIP-Anwesen. Der Besitzer hat die Küche mit brandneuen Schränken, Theken und Geräten aus Edelstahl umgestaltet. Neue Möbel und Bodenbeläge überall. Kingsize-Bett im Master, 1 Queen im 2., 1 Queen & 1 Twin im BR 3 sowie ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer.

We had a wonderful time. The kitchen is well stocked. The furniture is comfortable. The view is breathtaking. Pool is fun and kid friendly. The only very small thing that I didn't love was how compact the bathrooms are, toilets and showers are right up against each other in 2 of the 3 bathrooms. Not a deal breaker by any means but worth noting if that's important to you. Would live to see checkout at 11, not horrible t 10 but for us it was a rush to get us all out in time. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Clean room with some awesome views! Great location and kitchen amenities. Many things did not disappoint and it was an awesome vacation for the family. Shorewood and this penthouse have been wonderful and almost perfect for our family.We did have an issue with the washer or dryer, it seems to have left some dark streaks on some clothes, including a new Salty Dog shirt. We reached out to the host a few times through the app and through text, but have not heard anything. Not a big deal but a little disappointing that it was not acknowledged when we brought it up. We noticed these on the last 2 days so we just brought out clothes home to wash. We love Hilton Head and would absolutely recommend this place if the washer and dryer state was confirmed to not be ruining clothes.

It was ok. Beautiful view. The farthest bedroom was warmer than the others. Management explained that bedroom was the furthest from the a/c unit so it would feel warmer in that room. Wanted to sweep the floor but the broom was filled with huge dustballs. Called once to get certain things fixed. The person on the phone didn't seem the friendliest when I spoke to her so I did not bother to call back with another issue. At the end I left the villa as clean as possible like I always do. This is our 8th year at Shorewood villas.

The condo is comfortable and the views of the ocean greet you as soon as you walk in! The only minor problem was with the electric outlets. Many did not hold a plug! Using hair dryers in the two back bathrooms caused the outlets to stop working. The breaker panel is obstructed by the washer/dryer and unlabeled so it was difficult to see what needed to be flipped back on. This was our only issue. Seashore Vacations brought us a Keurig machine from their office to use for the week! They are the best!

Reviewer Comments: We booked this Unit as we like the s forest beech area, no carpet, no pets as we have 1 with allergy issues. upon arriving unit appeared to be clean. after 1st night in master bedroom one head terrible respiratory issues . , with further viewing we did notice what appeared to be animal hair behind bed. after speaking with full time resident we were informed that they were some service animals permitted on site, we truly understand , however we feel we should have been notified before booking . luckily we had small enough party to move to another bedroom.

Feedback for future stays

Lovely property with beautiful views of the ocean and pool. Really liked the layout for the bedrooms. A few things that we experienced during our stay. These were told to rental co at checkout 6-10-23 *The bottom dishwasher gasket inside was missing, so we had to keep a towel in front for leaking water. *the blue comforter on the middle bedroom bed was blood stained so should be replaced. *The master middle window would not close completely. *We could not find a broom in the condo to sweep up daily sand/grit. But there were 3 dust pans; We did find a swiffer *The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms: Closets were full of beach chairs, and other items, which didn’t allow us to store our suitcases. Would have been nice to have had mirrors on the back of the doors to see yourself while getting ready. More towels in each bathroom would have been helpful Overall it was a beautiful weather week and other than the dishwasher issue, everything else was in good working order.

The unit we rented was on the top floor of the complex (501 Shorewood). A new roof system was being installed and completely disrupted our vacation. Could not use the outside patio because of falling debris from the roof. Crews started at 7:00am and we were subject to very loud noise inside the unit throughout the day. The grandkids were unable to take their naps. Access to unit was challenging because of the placement of the construction companies crane and supplies. The management company should have made us aware of the construction project. We would never have stayed at the property.

Wonderful

One of our favorite condos in Shorewood. Everything was perfect, except the master bedroom mattress. It’s probably due for a replacement - two body-sized grooves on each side of the bed makes it hard to find a comfortable place to sleep.

HVAC worked very well and the views were fantastic of the ocean, beach and pool area. Elevator was tiny and very slow but manageable. We took the steps a lot. Only drawback was that the kitchen didn't have very many useable dishes or utensils. The proximity to Coligny Shopping area and restaurants was excellent -- just 3 blocks away. Complex is gated, very clean and seemed very safe.
