A queen guest room with a private full bath and a laundry closet are also located on this third floor.
On the fourth floor is the second master king suite, matching the third floor master suite floor plan exactly. The balcony is shared with a queen bedroom and private bath with a glassed-in shower. The third bedroom on this floor offers twin beds, another small private balcony, and a private full bath. The entertainment areas on the third and fourth floors are complete with 32" flat screen TVs and DVD players and feature wet bars each with a sink and refrigerator.
On the second floor of the home, you'll find the large and open main floor, which includes the tiled dining, kitchen, breakfast, and living areas. The living area features a wall of glass sliding doors that actually bring the mesmerizing views of the ocean, marsh, and palm trees inside. Also through the doors is the pillared and fenced-in deck with a pool, Jacuzzi, table seating 6, chaise lounge chairs, and a gas grill cooking area. Inside the living area, with a décor of greens, tans, and browns, are built-in bookshelves, a decorative fireplace, a large flat screen TV, stereo, and a sofa and chairs. An added bonus is the breakfast bar with 3 stools and an open window to the spacious, beautiful kitchen. The gourmet kitchen offers granite countertops, a large center cooking island, Jenn-Air Stainless Steel appliances including 2 ovens, and a breakfast table for 4. There are also sliders to the deck and grill area. The large dining area has a table seating of 10 and a hutch.
