Tucked away at nearly 3,000 feet on the stunning Blue Ridge Parkway (mile marker 189) between Meadows of Dan and Fancy Gap, VA, 18 Seasons is the perfect escape from the everyday hustle. Whether you’re seeking adventure or just a place to unwind, this three-level mountain getaway offers something for everyone!

A Cabin with Character – Three Levels of Comfort & Fun
- Level One – The ultimate bar & game room with a pool table, fireplace, TV, full bathroom, and a cozy living area
- Level Two – The heart of the home with a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, living room, two queen bedrooms, full bath, and a deck with an outdoor dining & sitting area
-Level Three – A kids’ retreat with a sitting area, full bathroom with a bathtub, and a fun bedroom with two twin beds

We do not accept reservation alterations two weeks prior to your reservation, unless you are wanting to add additional nights, if available.

Power/Internet Outages: While they do not happen often, there are power outages and internet outages sometimes being in the heart of the mountains. Both of those are out of our control. We do not give refunds for power, weather, or internet outages. We want to be as proactive for our guests as possible, so if there is a power or internet outage, please reach out to us immediately and we will get in touch with the internet and power companies right away.

Winter Weather: While we do our best to inform our guests about upcoming winter weather, it is smart to always keep the weather checked while coming to the mountains in the winter. If you happen to get your vehicle stuck in the snow or ice, you are responsible for paying a towing company to pull you out. We will gladly give you recommendations on who to use.
