The unit is very well maintained, and has a lot of the needed equipment to cook your own meals, an easy to operate TV and an amazingly comfortable bed.You can hear some of the noises from the unit above, but they also respect the same quiet hours. „I rented this space for my dad and his group for a Thanksgiving visit to Portland. It was only for a few days. My dad would not stop talking about how much he loved it. It was perfect -- quiet, clean, and cozy, with friendly chickens in the backyard there to greet him when he walked by -- but I think it was the record player and Ray Charles records in the home which charmed him the most.
