The location couldn't be better—just minutes from the fun of Fredericksburg's Main Street, we enjoyed exploring the shops and dining options. The outdoor space was fantastic, perfect for our kids and fur kids to run around and play. It was the ideal setting for our Thanksgiving celebration, creating memories that we'll cherish ...

„Very nice property, had all the amenities we needed. Only one issue, your Keurig machine did not work. But Starbucks close by saved the morning, lol! Seriously, it was very homey, and appreciated the extra blankets and pillows!“

„We enjoyed the property, the hot tub, and the views into the pasture and the night sky were superb. The rooms and setup were exceptional. The layout was perfect for us. We plan on returning shortly. Overall excellent food and winery choices. Close to town, and everything is easy to get to. It is an excellent place to unwind and just relax.“

„This was such a cute property. It was very well kept and clean. The check in process was great. House was as pictured. I love how the bathroom has a separate “get ready space” with a mirror and small chair. WiFi/netflix/air conditioner/fridge all worked great. Not the best water pressure, but we were all able to take hot showers so that was nice. The chargers on the night stands were a great touch. Extra blankets and pillows if needed. The back porch was awesome with a great view of the river. ...

„The property was great and the house was very clean. Do to the recent floods we weren’t able to float directly from the property. The location was amazing and a short walk to Rockin R and Gruene. We saw a herd of deer every night in the yard. Will definitely stay here again. “

"The room at Southpark Hotel was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The gym was also impressive—modern equipment and well-kept. Unfortunately, the location really brings the experience down. The hotel is right by a major intersection, so it's incredibly noisy day and night—even earplugs didn’t help much. The outdoor pool area looks nice, but the constant traffic noise makes it unpleasant to relax outside. Worst of all, the front desk initially gave me a room that was already occupied, which led to an awkward and uncomfortable encounter. Overall, not a relaxing stay despite some nice features."
