„My recent stay at this location was very satisfying. The gentleman attendee in reception was friendly. The room was spacious, clean, cool and the beds were very comfortable. The weather did not permit us fo enjoy the lake which is walking distance from the hotel. But all in all I had an enjoyable time at Canyon Lake. I would love to go back to enjoy the lake.“

„Wir waren vor kurzem in dem Hotel. Leider war das Personal unfreundlich, insbesondere an der Rezeption. Der Umgang mit unseren beiden kleinen Kindern war nicht nur unangebracht, sondern steht auch im Gegensatz zu den sonst sehr netten, höflichen und kinderliebenden Amerikanern. Leider schlägt sich die Laune des Personals auf die Gäste nieder. Irritierend ist auch der Hinweis beim Check-In, dass Expedia deutlich unter den eigenen Preisen die Zimmer anbiete und man doch die eigene Firmenwebseite ...

„The condo was very clean, neat, quiet and well laid out. The pool is a 3 - 5 minute walk to other buildings in the area. Would definitely recommend this property. Owner was very responsive to questions.“
