„Small bathrooms but amazing shower pressure. Terrible towels for such a nice hotel. Decor is super nice. The pool/restaurant level with live music inside the Gabriella's is great. Bar on entry level is unbelievable with great bar tenders, ambiance, privacy and comfort“

„Das Checkin-in inkl. dem Zugang zur Garage war ganz einfach. Das Appartement war sehr grosszügig. Sehr zentral in Downtown gelegen. Der einzige negative Punkt: wenn im 48. Stock eine Party stattfindet, hat man im Appartement das Gefühl bei der Party dabei zu sein. In einer Nacht war es sehr laut und wir hörten die Musik so gut, das man die Texte der Songs verstanden hat. 🙉“

The hotel is right by a major intersection, so it's incredibly noisy day and night—even earplugs didn’t help much. The outdoor pool area looks nice, but the constant traffic noise makes it unpleasant to relax outside. Worst of all, the front desk initially gave me a room that was already occupied, which led to an awkward and uncomfortable encounter. Overall, not a relaxing stay despite some nice features."
