„Love the location! We stayed in Room 6 - the two bedroom suite. So nice to have so much space! Two bedrooms, nice big bathroom, a fridge and counter and a living room to hang out in! The elevator was super slow, but it was super easy to take the stairs. Super easy free parking right outside. We LOVED the Dilworth. The staff is lovely. Was appreciative of getting photos in advance before we came. Would love to come back. The coffee and water in the hallways (and the microwave!) was so ...

„We came into Johnson City for a funeral and were basically in and out for one night. We didn’t get to enjoy the amenities because of this but the property looked lovely. I will say the room was a bit musty smelling as others have mentioned in their reviews. The bed was comfortable and we had internet so we got to enjoy unwinding at the end of the evening. All in all if we would have been there on a more festive occasion I am certain it would have been more enjoyable.“

„The facility was nice. Everything else was disappointing. In these high temperatures, not having a refrigerator is embarrassing. Every other hotel I've stayed in has had a refrigerator. A microwave would also be nice. Breakfast is not offered. Coffee in the lobby is ridiculous because it's a long walk away. The pool is also far from the room. And last but not least, I was woken up by a leaf blower right outside my room door at 7a.m.. That's very disrespectful to the guest. Lots of insects ...
