„Very clean beautiful house. Great views. Close to a few restaurants & grocery store. Good owner communication.“

„I really enjoyed staying here! It was perfect for our trip to Zion National Park. I would definitely book in the future again!“

„My family and I enjoyed our stay. My 11 year old loved the loft/bedroom with a sky view window on the ceiling. She could see the stars at night. This a boutique tiny vacation home with jacuzzi, gas fire pit, and bbq grille. My only regret is not bringing food to grille. Dometic fridge and freezer, coffee machine and nice ac/ heater. Watched Netflix and made sure to logout. Tv had nice speakers built in. The family really enjoyed the Jacuzzi which is kept heated year round. Host answered ...

„Excellent place to stay. Would love to come back.“

„Clean, well stocked, had everything we needed!“

„We had a great stay and would definitely recommend!“

„10/10!!“

„Hosts are very responsive“

„The tiny house neighborhood was cute. The inside decor was modern and cute. Our only issue was it was a little warm sleeping because the cool air doesn't reach the lofts and we even had a fan. Also I would add in the welcome/instruction booklet (which was very helpful) where/how to dispose of trash. I skimmed through multiple times and did not see that, but we asked and were responded to quickly. Thank you for your hospitality!“

„The Riv was a beautiful, quiet spot with great views. I could tell everything in the space was well thought through and intentional. We split our time at Zion between the Riv and another hotel closer to Springdale and I found myself missing the private setting of the Riv. Their customer service is wonderful and Melissa was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend the Riv!“

„We liked everything! We were 4 in our party, all family, and we felt the accommodations lacked nothing. We would gladly stay here again, and longer. There is much to see and do in the entire vicinity and we had a wonderful stay and staying here was a major highlight f of our trip. Thank you!!“

„Great room surrounded by beautiful scenery. And the hosts are just the best“
