„My apartment was over the generator exhaust pipe which meant the living room was smokey at times. I had booked for 3 weeks and continuously asked to change apartments after the first four days. They didn’t manage this and the only information I received was that there might be a room ‘next week’. Couch and mattress where aged and saggy, all other amenities where good. Good location but fairly loud.“

„I stayed for one night to celebrate a special anniversary with my husband, and we had an amazing stay! The lofts are amazing. We loved the decor, and we felt right at home. The manager was very friendly, and he helped us carry our luggage. The location is amazing with nearby access to Hazelwood and Menlyn. I would love to stay again!“

„The property looked good. What we didn’t like was their communication and cleaning services.“

„The apartment's location is excellent, just a short walk from the Rosebank mall. However, several issues during our stay left a sour taste. Upon arrival, we noticed a musty smell in the sofa or throw rug, despite spraying with Lysol. Additionally, the walls and ceiling showed signs of cracks. Maintenance issues were also a concern, with three non-functional outlets and a leaking washer/dryer. While the host was responsive, a pre-check inspection would have revealed these problems.
