„one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing.“

„Took a quick trip up to Hunter Mountain and needed a place to stay. We found a winner, very comfortable and clean with some nice amenities! Max (the owner) was an absolute pleasure to deal with.....highly recommended. “

„We had a great stay at Fern Pond. The property offers a relaxing, quiet detox from the city. It is about 20-30 minutes from a grocery store but there’s also a bunch of Farm stands in between. The yard was great for our pup as well. Excellent stay, we will be back! “

„I booked my stay to get away from the city for some R&R. It being my first trip to the Catskills, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I arrived.
