Neue Veranda! Luxus-Berghütte Minuten von der Hauptstraße in Highlands

Willkommen in Horseshoe Kabine. Der Name wurde geprägt, als ein altes, verrostetes Hufeisen, halb begraben, im Hinterhof unter der Veranda gefunden wurde. Das Hufeisen aus dem 16. Jahrhundert ist ein ewiges Symbol für gutes Glück.

Das Horseshoe Cabin liegt nur wenige Minuten von den vielen Restaurants, Geschäften und Kunstgalerien an der Main Street in der Innenstadt von Highlands und 1,5 km von Glen Falls entfernt. In der Nähe finden Sie viele andere malerische Wanderwege und Wasserfälle.

Diese Designer-Kabine verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer und ist fast wie neu. Der offene Grundriss verfügt über ein großes Wohn- / Esszimmer Kombination, eine Küche / Bar-Bereich und eine kleine Grillen im Freien Veranda direkt aus der Küche. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über hohe Decken, Holzbalken, ein ventless Gas log Kamin mit Fernbedienung, und gehobene Ausstattung. Die gut ausgestattete Küche und der Weber-Gasgrill bieten alles, was Sie für eine unterhaltsame Nachtruhe oder eine ruhige Mahlzeit zu Hause benötigen.

Es gibt eine umfangreiche Bibliothek, in der Sie nach den Aktivitäten des Tages endlose Stunden lesen können. Neben Flachbildfernseher mit Roku in allen 3 Schlafzimmern sowie im Wohnzimmer und auf der abgeschirmten Veranda. Das dritte Schlafzimmer bietet einen Büroraum und es gibt ein Highspeed-Kabelmodem sowie WLAN in der gesamten Kabine.

Die neu ausgebaute, abgeschirmte Veranda bietet eine ruhige Erholung nach einem Tag mit Outdoor-Ausflügen, Aktivitäten oder kulturellen Veranstaltungen. Machen Sie an kühlen Herbstabenden Feuer im Kamin, schauen Sie Fußballspiele und Lieblingsfilme auf dem Flachbildfernseher oder entspannen Sie sich einfach bei einem Kaffee oder einem Glas Wein.

Luxurious Top Notch Cabin Experience

The cabin exceeded our expectations! More beautiful than the pictures. Very comfortable furnishings, large rooms, and beautifully decorated. Everything you would need upon arrival from coffee to snacks. The large porches added very enjoyable living space with a beautiful view. We would highly recommend Horseshoe Cabin!

Perfect Mountain Cabin!

My husband and I just returned home from a stay in this welcoming and beautiful cabin in Highlands. We absolutely did not want to leave!! Mary Ann could not have been a better host and she thinks of everything to make you feel at home and a special guest in her home. It’s very close to downtown Highlands with all the fun shopping and excellent restaurants. We’ve stay in several different properties in the Highlands/Cashiers area and this is one that we definitely want to return to!! It was perfect for us!I highly recommend this one!! You won’t be disappointed!

Fall Break

Treated my two college students to a weekend away in the Highlands. This home is a 15 out of 10. I must say, as an owner of a VRBO myself, I am a little jealous. The amenities and personal touches are simply amazing. It's obvious from start to finish that Mary Ann takes great pride in her home and ensuring a wonderful stay for her guests. I wish I could give this listing more than 5 stars. One of my best ever experiences on VRBO. Mary Ann sent lots of pre-check-in information and made things so easy. Her home was amazing. Lots of extra touches including homemade bread, refrigerator stocked with beverages, comfy bed linens, plush towels. The back porch was a wonderful space to watch football, build a fire, sit and visit. She had a full supply of wood and fire starters. The best part was we could just leave when our time was up. No check out list which was fantastic. Easy drive to downtown Highlands. I will definitely stay here again.

Best VRBO Ever!

We stayed here with another couple, who are best friends, & the 4 of us were extremely satisfied. The owner provided exceptional value not only with the accommodations but also provided food in freezer, some beer & wine, & kitchen was fully stocked with spices & supplies. Not enough stars

Five stars is not nearly enough to rate this phenomenal property. Horseshoe Cabin is tastefully decorated, clean, cozy, warm, and inviting. And that porch! The photos are gorgeous but don’t do justice to the actual setting. Mary Ann, the host/owner, is more than accommodating and helpful; she is generous too. All of this made for a perfect girls’ weekend.

Another amazing time at Horseshoe Cabin

Our family loves staying at Horseshoe Cabin. We have three kids, ages 8, 5, and 5 months and it was the best time. Perfect location to downtown yet still feels very private and surrounded by beautiful trees. The back deck and fire place was perfect for s’mores every night and the cabin is so comfortable and has everything you need. Mary Ann is an amazing host and makes each stay as perfect as the last! We can’t wait to go back!

We had an incredible stay here. The pictures are beautiful, but seeing it in person really exceeded our expectations! The location is perfection. It is close to town as well as some amazing hikes. Rustic Elegance At Its Finest!

What a special place for our annual girl's weekend! We loved every bit of our getaway and our host was extremely thoughtful and accomodating. Perfect stay in Highlands, NC

The Horseshoe Cabin is FANTASTIC! The house was very close to downtown area, but in a quiet and private setting. The cabin is decorated beautifully. The cabin was very well-stocked with literally everything we could have possibly needed for our stay, plus a few more things. Mary Ann is a wonderful host who communicated very well before and during the stay and was very responsive to questions. If we are fortunate enough to come back to Highlands, we will definitely stay at the Horseshoe Cabin again.

Awesome 35th Anniversary

Wow! I would give it 10 stars if I could. Very clean and well equipped cabin. Mary Ann was extremely helpful in so many ways...and so nice. Huge screened in deck on back with wood fireplace was very nice for the cool weather we encountered. So relaxing and quiet...and bug free. Comfortable beds and high end everything made it the Perfect cabin for us. I would highly recommend the Horseshoe Cabin for you. We've already booked our next stay.

The most storybook perfect cabin

Such a picturesque cabin- reminded me of a movie set! You feel like you are somewhat ‘in the woods’ but very close to town and neighbors as well which I prefer. The photos don’t do this home justice, it is immaculately furnished and beautiful high ceilings and wood work. The screened in back porch is huge and beautiful for all four seasons with the fireplace! We had a wonderful trip and the host couldn’t have been more accommodating. Thanks!
