„Property is run down and unclean. We were booked for 4 nights and left after 2. It was booked to celebrate a special moment and was terribly disappointing. Would not stay again. Would not recommend. The only positive part of the resort was the staff. They were more then amazing. “

Kate & Anna were extremely helpful & arranged discounted ski hire & lift tickets for us making the entire stay easy & enjoyable while also communicating good dining options, events happening that week & anything else we asked about. „The greats: Staff was friendly and welcoming! There’s complimentary shuttle from/to the ATS. The heated jet tub and pool relaxes your body after a day on the slopes. Food was good. Room was clean and warm. Located near the village. The only bad: Soundproofing was rather bad. I could hear conversations and footsteps happening outside the room... But overall, a very lovely stay!!“

„Beautiful position over looking the valley, the warmth shown by both James and Bronwyn was a high light, they made you feel part of the family. The bar area with fireplace, piano and lovely furniture made it warm and inviting… loved my stay !! “
