„It was very clean and cozy. The weather was still cold to catch any fish so we stayed in more than planned. Located in a convenient spot. Close to restaurants and party store. Just over an hour to Traverse city. Not too far for groceries. Only could stay 3 nights. Communication from owners A. My husband made a good choice for our short getaway. Close to the lake and a marina. I would go back here. “

„It was perfect for our golf trip ... great place to lay your head at night. We had everything we needed to make breakfast every morning. We went in to town to the Springbrook Inn (The Frog Tiki Bar) and that place was great to hang out at and grab some dinner. Overall great experience!“

„We frequent the Higgins Lake area a lot least 3x a year, staying in various rentals. We have never stayed in the same one more than once. This property will be our new favorite home to book. It’s centrally located close to sxs trails, close to the lake, so clean, fully stocked, with an amazing outdoor fire pit area. We had 2 families staying in the house. „We stayed for 7 nights at this cabin and it was everything I wanted it to be. We had a couple snow storms while we were there and Aaron and Kim sent us a message to see if we needed the driveway plowed so we could get out. The cabin was clean and well stocked. „We had a great stay here. The house is well furnished with clean linens and towels for you to use. You could tell the property is cleaned well between renters. The beds and furniture were also all in good shape and not broken down or dirty from over use. It’s well located to several restaurants and to Lyman’s on the lake, which is where you’ll want to go for any fishing needs. “
