Welcome to Stet's Landing, a spacious lakefront home on Greers Ferry Lake with plenty of room for families and groups to spread out and enjoy the water.

The main level features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and beautiful lake views from the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on this level, including the primary bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom.

Just off the living room, the large deck offers outdoor seating and dining space overlooking the lake. It is a great spot for morning coffee, family meals, or relaxing after a day on the water.

Downstairs, guests will find a second living area with a pool table, Smart TV, and additional sleeping space. Two more bedrooms and a full bathroom are also located on the lower level.

Outside, an easy path leads down to the expansive shoreline of Greers Ferry Lake. The shoreline is well suited for swimming and anchoring a boat offshore. A large firepit with seating provides another great gathering space in the evenings.

GOOD TO KNOW
Boat parking is not available at the house, so guests bringing a boat should plan for off-site trailer parking. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to help maintain the peaceful residential setting.
