„I have to say, this was one of the most well-stocked, and cleanest VRBOs we’ve been in. It is an older home, but I don’t think there was one speck of dirt to be seen anywhere! And there was soap, extra tp, bikes, hammocks, more than enough towels, plenty of everything for anything you might need in a pinch! The hosts were very responsive, helpful, and it was so nice to have the hot tub to relax in after a full day of hiking and exploring. If we were to return to new river gorge, we would stay ...

„The owner never sent me the door code. I arrived at 5pm (check-in is at 3pm) and realized I had not received arrival instructions so I tried contacting him with no success. I spent about an hour on the front porch trying to figure out what to do. VRBO care team was trying to reach him by phone and never got an answer. The care team was very helpful —they ultimately had to refund me and I ended up at an area hotel instead. “
