„This was our third stay in the cabin. Our kids count down the days every year until we get to go. It’s peaceful, cozy, clean, and the perfect size for our family of 4. The hot tub off the back deck is perfect. The creek is right outside one of the bedroom windows and is so wonderful to fall asleep to. It’s so close to Boone and Blowing Rock- the perfect location! Joe goes above and beyond as a proper manger- he’s friendly, kind, quick to respond, and always makes our family feel welcome. Already ...

„We decided to try a different vacation on a lake this year A lot of the family had never been to a lake and this house couldn’t have been more perfect. The pool was an incredible perk and it had the best view of the lake. We could swim in the lake during the day and the pool at night. The pool had lights and a hot tub. The owner of the property was very responsive and kind. The house was clean and had plenty of space for our group of 12. The setup was great too. I would highly recommend!“

„The cabin had everything we needed to cook meals and relax by the creek for the long holiday weekend. Very clean and kitchen well equipped. We didn’t leave the property except for long walk and our dog loved floating with us in the river followed by hot tub soaks for the humans. Thanks for sharing this beautiful piece of property with us. “

Excellent views of the lake from the entire back side of the home and a spacious deck overlooking the water.“

„We loved the attention to detail with the decor of the room. It reminded us of luxury safari tents. The bed was comfortable; the coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator were useful, and the ambience was fantastic. The only downside is having the restroom up the hill, but the restroom was clean and included nice showers. I would definitely stay in the tent again, though it would be nice to stay for a longer time.“

"I had slightly higher expectations before arriving at the hotel. The check-in staff were fine, but I was hoping for a bit more of that Southern hospitality. When we got to our room, we noticed a lot of noise from the road, so we went back down to request a room change, which they handled without any issues—this was fantastic. The room itself was quite nice, with a very comfortable bed, though the bathroom was a bit small but functional. I also want to highlight the number and quality of the towels, which were excellent. Unfortunately, we didn’t enjoy the breakfast much. It was impossible to avoid single-use plastic, which, as Europeans, we find difficult due to the amount of waste it generates. The dining area also felt a bit drab and uninviting. Another downside was the housekeeping. Despite requesting, confirming, and leaving the sign on the door for daily cleaning, we returned one evening to find that no one had come to clean the room, which was disappointing."
