„Host was very helpful, nice and useful kitchen. The apartment was pretty clean but the furniture could use some updating. Lots of small things seemed to be broken like the toilet paper holder, couch had a big spring out of place, and the kitchen chairs were torn. The bed was also broken but the host said it would be replaced for the next guest. “

„The host was available and helped me sort out the check in process quickly, this was my first time using VRBO so I was not incredibly familiar with how to navigate the check in instructions. The place is up the hill from downtown, easy walk, it's clean, has a reasonable view, and everything worked great for me, we even were able to work out a longer check out time for me due to shuttle timing issues I was having. Definitely worked for me as a single guy passing through for a few days. “

„A little apartment with basic utilities but it’s enough for a solo traveller. Easy walk to the ferry terminal and city central. Have a few restaurants nearby and i would recommend the Japanese Ramen restaurant they are run by japanese so you can hv the most original taste. The thing i dont like the most its pretty noisy at night from the traffic. The sound insulation of the building is bad i couldn't sleep well.“

„I had a wonderful stay at the Perfect City Pad. The room was cozy and situated in a perfect location. I was able to walk to a ton of great spots in the city. The roof top pool and hot tub was an added perk. I would highly recommend this room while staying in Auckland.“

„Gute zentrale und saubere Unterkunft. Leider in einer Nacht früh um 5 Uhr sehr laut durch viele Fahrzeug und klirrende Geräusche von außen. In der Wohnung auch selbst sehr viele Geräusche von irgendwelchen Leitungen. Waschmaschine konnte leider nicht genutzt werden. Die Waschmaschinentür konnte nicht geöffnet werden. Wir erhielten ein Video mit einer Anleitung zur Türöffnung. Diese half allerdings nicht. Wir sollten daher ein Video erstellen, wie wir die Tür gemäß Anleitung versuchen zu ...

„All windows need to be cleaned all carpet needs professional clean or replacing, the main ensuite bathroom cabinets are perishing and the bathrooms need cleaning and wooden floors need cleaning, also the tables need dusting properly. One of the blinds in the main bedroom is faulty. One of the dining chairs is faulty. There was rubbish under a bed. There is only one outdoor chair and no table. Stunning views. Good price point. Carpark nearby. “

„Dies war unsere erste Unterkunft in Neuseeland nach langem anstrengendem Flug. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wifi hat auch sofort funktioniert. Zimmer wurde schnell warm. Betten war bequem und die Dusche war angenehm. Wir hatten unseren eigenen Parkplatz. War zwar etwas eng, aber der Hausherr hat uns rausgeholfen :).
