Nota negativa per pulizia, davvero carente, e anche la comunicazione delle informazioni non è ottimale anche se, quando sollecitati, rispondono rapidamente.“

„We are very disappointed. When we arrived the apartment was nothing less than filthy. The toilet was not properly cleaned, the sheets were clammy, the towels only thrown in the beds and also in an unhygienic state. The electricity in the living room was not properly working the batteries of the remotes were missing so that the TV couldn't be turned on. The kitchen was dreadful.
