„The house needs a total renovation. The kitchen is totally dilapidated with a dishwasher where the racks were rusted and breaking apart. Old dishwashing sponges were left in the sink, a biological hazard. There were ants everywhere dead as well as living crawling on counter tops and floors. The owner said that he can’t get rid of them!!! The balcony and garden sliding doors are so heavy to move, that we needed a strong man to open and close them.
