„I needed warm shower and comfy bed to stay over night with my dogs during Canicross races and thats what I got. Bed was clean and comy, bathroom was clean, water in shower was warm. There also was milk in fridge and kettle and tea bags. Place needs a TLC, yes, but its not expensive and it was comfortable. Host was very nice and friendly guy. I slept well = Im happy :)“

„Tranquil location, lovely setting looking out to the river Avon and fields on one side. The property was clean,comfortable and well equipped. The site was beautifully kept, with an area for dog walkers and a boat slip if you wished to take to the waters. Very close to Stratford upon Avon for sightseeing and days out. There were things to do on site, with a restaurant or as I did, enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. I can thoroughly recommend a stay here.“
