„V clean and central. Good communication with the owner“

„Clean rooms , lovely staff wonderful location . However it would be really helpful if there are some options of same gender en-suites .“

„The rooms were well prepared and clean. Location was very convenient for our needs during the stay. “

„Really felt at home in this lovely flat. Was perfect for our needs. Beautiful outlook onto the river. Clean, peaceful and well equipped.“

„Booking is made on Expedia, but the you complete the registration on another site. Shower is built into a very small closet. Toilet is on the other side - in another closet. You have to straddle the toilet to use a hand basin that barely fits my hands and it's not possible to wash your face in it without splashing water all over the floor. Entrance way through to the room is in shockingly poor condition. Not the welcome one would hope to see. I would not recommend this room.“

„The rooms were very close to the zoo and Black Country Living Museum. Check in was easy and we received the codes needed on the morning we were arriving. The bed was comfortable and a small amount of tea/coffee was provided. The only negatives are that it was a noisy location and the rooms could do with a deep clean.“

„The flat was well located for the NEC and sufficiently kitted out for our needs for a one night stay. Secure parking is great. The host was very responsive and provided very detailed information about check in etc.It does need a bit of a revamp though, freezer is very iced up, bathroom is a bit tired and kitchen tap was very loose when we were there.“

„One of the nicest apartment blocks with the most facilities I've ever seen-- games room, music room, library, gym, sauna, rooftop lounge, pool table, work spaces, golf simulator, the list goes on! Great digs if you're working at the Hippodrome.“

„Booked this apartment many times and there have never been any issues“

„We booked this property for our family of 8, including young children and elderly parents, based on the listing, photos, and description, which clearly indicated that there would be enough beds for everyone. Unfortunately, on arrival we found that the sleeping arrangements did not match what was advertised. The first-floor bedroom had only one bed, even though the listing photos showed two beds. The second-floor bedroom was advertised with one double bed and one single bed, but it only had one ...

„This was a great place to stay. Lots of room, great location, and very easy to manage. The only downside was that it was cold and the heaters never got it warm enough to be pleasant. Make sure you have a sweatshirt.“

„No issues at all, easy, great location“

„Lovely property to stay. Close to shops and town also on a bus route. The apartment was doubtlessly clean. Very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again.“

„The location is ideal and near everything you will need for a short term stay. Sasha, the host, is friendly and available all the time. She helped us in everything we needed.“
