Villa Luva: Spectacular Villa with pool

Escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and relax in this tranquil and serene vacation home. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it makes for the perfect house for families, couples retreats, or a group of friends looking for a peaceful getaway. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, utensils and all that is necessary to make your stay comfortable. We also provide towels, linens, and a starting of basic toiletries for your convenience. Free Wifi. Guests have access to the whole house, private pool and yard. No more than 3 cars allowed per reservation. The pool can be heated, please note that there will be an additional charge of $25 per day. Pool heating is 2 nights minimum.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 21 years of age or older. The person who made the reservation must be present at check-in, or must provide prior authorization if someone else in their party will check in.

Smoking & Parties: Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited at all properties — no exceptions.

Guest Limit: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay at the property.

Parking: A maximum of three (3) vehicles is allowed per property.

Furniture: Please do not move furniture within the home.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.

Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the property in a respectful condition upon departure.
