„Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, direkt am Fluss und es ist sehr geräumig und gut gepflegt! Die Aussicht auf den Fluss ist traumhaft und es ist sehr ruhig. Die Manatees schwimmen bis ans Ufer, die Reiher stehen im Garten und die Adler und Pelikane fliegen über den Fluss, einfach toll! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!!“

„Perfect, we've stayed at the Mermaid House before and are already planning a trip or two for next year. Chris, the host is quick and easy to communicate with. House is well appointed, pretty much everything you need for a stay. The pool is my favorite, listening to nature, floating with a cocktail, you can't beat it. The tiki bar is also amazing! „This property is close to downtown Crystal River but located in a smaller neighborhood area. We were close to activities but the area was not overly busy. Pool was a little too cool in February, but that was expected. Beds were comfortable. Lots of activities and supplies in the house“

„The house was furnished with everything you may need during your stay. Most importantly, Kevin (our host), was so hospitable and available for any questions we had. He even spent time with us when we first arrived and showed us all the main cart paths with the golf cart. To top it off, he arranged our transportation to the airport. Does it get much better than that? “

„We love this location and have stayed many times over the past five years. The house could use a little TLC, but the location is perfect. Also, the hydrilla can be an issue getting into the River. Thankfully, some fellas on the river cleared a path for us. The screened porch is fabulous as is the yard and dock. Don’t plan on grilling-various issues like no propane or the last users leaving it dirty have deterred us. We will continue to return. You should definitely go! I’m mentioning the issues ...

„Very nice, comfortable set up for a small group or family. It was close to everything that we needed & wanted …including the city beach. Lots of water toys were available if you want to haul them out. We decided to rent for the kayak & tubing events, just easier. The communication with the host was quick & helpful.
