„There was plenty of room for our large family group. The kids and young adults enjoyed the downstairs with 2 beds and game room while us older adults enjoyed the 3 bedrooms upstairs. We swam in the pool everyday and drove to the beach and kayaking where we saw multiple manatees. The owners were very helpful with questions and always quick to respond. “

„We had the best time! The house was great! Communication was amazing! Any time a text they got back with me super face! There were dolphins and manatees at the back porch. We were there for 7 days. Enjoyed every minute of it! And the neighbor did an amazing firework show for the 4th! “

„We had such a wonderful time staying in this home!!! It is absolutely gorgeous and the view from the balcony is amazing. We were able to see a few manatees swim up the canal from there. Also, there are so many little "extras" in this place! If there was anything that you may have forgotten to pack, i would be willing to bet they have it there already. „The house was in a great spot with all of the amenities you can think of. We loved seeing manatees swim by everyday along with other wildlife. The backyard overlooking the river is where we spent most of our time. The chairs and umbrellas were perfect for lounging for us, and the kids spent a lot of time kayaking and exploring. „We loved our stay! The house was perfect for the 6 of us! We spent 4 full days just hanging out at the house swimming and kayaking up and down the river. We also loved the screened in patio. We brought an outdoor fan with us and it helped us stay cool in the July heat if we weren’t in the water. Karen was very helpful and quick to respond if we had any questions. We will definitely be back. “

„Definitely a great place to stay, I would say the area has some hidden gems. The river is great, but with a big family we went to Roger’s Park which I highly recommend along with Aripeka Sand hills which was a bonus adventure. Everyone morning we sat out back and watched so many species of fish just pile through the canal. Kids won’t forget this one.“

„We had an amazing time making great memories. Canal slightly murky but that didn’t not stop any of the six kids from getting in and enjoying! We rented to John boats and went to the springs and made it an all day affair other than that we never left the house except for groceries. Thank you!“

„Nothing but good things to say about this stay! Property was super clean and cute. You are the upstairs to another larger rental downstairs but all the outdoor areas are separate and it's surprisingly private. You are directly on the river at a great location. We saw manatees every day! The couple of minor issues we had were resolved almost immediately...communication was excellent with the property managers. We'll be back!“

„Mermaid Tails was a great house for us. We had family over while staying and the little kids loved all the playthings for children. The adults like that it is just a short paddle to the river. The house was very clean and internet service worked well for us. When an item was missing that had been shown as available with the house, the owner went to the extra effort to see that it was provided. We would definitely stay again.“

„Nancy's home is absolutely amazing. Everything you could want or need is provided. Plenty of towels for our family, kayaks were in good shape. We swam and fished from the dock. Manatees swam by daily. The home has a dream of an outdoor screened in space which was great when we had some showers. The boys enjoyed the bunk house. Outdoor shower and toilet were a big plus for our family. We will definitely return.“
