„We stayed here for two nights with my parents and our three children. It is a beautiful rustic log cabin in the woods surrounded by trees. We enjoyed using the stone log fireplace every evening. The kitchen has the basics and the beds were comfortable. The cabin has baseboard heaters. The location was very convenient to Boothbay Harbor.“

„Great location, beautiful views the electric features needs “ Attention “ to prevent an accident. ( floor lamp next to chimney, lamp outside bathroom (hallway) brown lamp in bookcase doesn’t work. Outdoor grill needs replacement parts, new burner on the right side. Everything else great !“

„We had a lovely stay. Very comfortable king size bed with plenty of good pillows. Shower had wonderful pressure! Kitchen well equipped. Quiet and view over lake serene. Enjoyed the loon and bald eagle. Best for 2 people bunk room very small. Would recommend and come back ourselves, but longer stay. serene.“

„This was our second time returning to this cabin for a Howard family 4th of July gathering. We loved the space and it was the perfect place to retreat for cozy movie time after a day of social gatherings. The beds were extremely comfortable making this an incredibly relaxing and restful stay.We look forward to making it our go to spot next year, as well. See you next year!“

„Betty's Place was a great getaway for a long weekend. The views and ocean sounds from the deck can't be beat. We experienced an issue with the coffee maker, and David and the team responded right away and dropped off a replacement within about 30 minutes. We would consider coming back!“

„We enjoyed our stay here very much. Loved how we could easily walk to Boothbay. Access to the kayaks was a huge plus too. If there was one bit of advice I could offer, it would be to reduce the amount of furniture in the cabin. I believe there were 15 chairs within.“

„Place was great. Lots of privacy! It was so quiet especially at night as we had cocktails on the deck. Made our 38th anniversary special. Did some fun stuff.Lands End store at end of Bailey Island and beach. Cooks lobster House. Cabot Antique mall and flea market in Brunswick. Had the best blueberry pancakes we ever had at the Kopper Kettle. Popham Beach topped everything off! talked with David at the end of the trip and hope to rent from him again! “
