„The room description said it slept 5, it showed 2 queen beds and a chair with an ottoman. We were traveling with our kids so we figured our youngest could sleep on it. We checked in around 11pm after a long day of working and driving to find no ottoman, no space for that 5th person to sleep. I called the front desk to ask if they had an ottoman somewhere, nope. They did offer us a tool away bed, so we accepted that. We all slept the best we could.“

„Back door stuck, could not open for a while. In case of fire this would have been dangerous. Night manager could not have been bothered about it. My husband fixed it. Other people complained as it broke again and another person attempted to fix it. This place is going down hill. It is a convenient location but they don't seem to take care of it. Thank you.“
