„Standard room. Nothing special“

„Frühstück war englisch und super“

„Very nice room (just need more attention to cleaning the floors) and good burger meal in the pub - thank you!“

„This is an ideal place to stay with your family to relax and enjoy to sit in the well kept garden surrounding the main buildings. On a nice day one can take a swim in the out door pool.I wish I had booked more than one night “

„Very good comms and helpful owner. Just the accommodation required. Very good indeed and we all slept well! The pink pub opposite was also very welcoming!“

„Das Hotel hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Die Zimmer sind alt, die Badezimmern nicht im besten Zustand. Das Frühstück kann bestellt werden. Es gibt kein Buffet. Als Vegetariar ist man verloren. Sauberkeit und Zustand der Anlag lässt zu wünschen übrig. Ich hoffe die neuen Besitzer bringen das Hotel zurück zur alten Qualität “

„Rooms are on 2 different levels so very quiet. We stayed in room 2 which was lovely, with tea & coffee etc and very welcome biscuits. No need to bring shower products as they are all provided. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of items (ordered the night before). The fruit salad was fab & I can highly recommend the omelette! My husband had the full English, which he really enjoyed. Offered more tea/coffee & toast. The hosts Jane & Mark were lovely and very helpful regarding the local area ...

„Room was very small and pretty basic for the price (£120/night): bathroom basic, e.g. untiled floor, window looks out to another roof/wall. Other rooms may be different; this was the last available room as I just booked a day before. The area is okay but very quiet on a saturday night, which cannot be said from Inn. „Accommodation within student campus, run well and always happy to stay here. Basic and dated but if you just looking for a no frills bed for the night then its perfect“

„This was our first time staying here and definitely won’t be the last. From beginning to end a wonderful experience. Both hosts professional, friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast. Comfy beds with super shower and spotless well equipped room. Made to feel extremely welcome 😊“

„Stayed in a family room with mini kitchen. Ample parking, very close to the main street with restaurants and bars, just a walkover to get there. Cathedral and park next door. Lovely and welcoming staff.“

„Food was fairly decent, staff were all excellent. Nice clean room, lovely comfortable bed. Big clean bathroom. However .....we couldn't get any of the radiators to work. When its single digits centigrade outside its time to fire up the central heating !! The room and bathroom was very cold, which put a real downer on our stay.“

„Steve the bar manager was attentive and very helpful“

„Location stunning vibrant and social atmosphere. staff were very busy but very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice . Room was clean .nice shower. Family room had lovely views.“

„Not our first stay here. As usual everything brilliant. Can't wait to go back.“
