Master bedroom on the first floor with superking size bed, walk in wardrobe and French doors to a private balcony with ocean views and antique French tiles. Ensuite with freestanding bath, walk in rainfall shower.
Second bedroom on the first floor with king size bed and French doors to a private balcony, also with ocean views. En-suite with walk in rainfall shower.
Third bedroom on the first floor with superking size bed and sea views. Ensuite with walk in rainfall shower.
Fourth bedroom on the second floor with superking zip and link bed (can be made into two singles), walk in wardrobe and sea views. Ensuite with freestanding bath with shower overhead.

Bask:
Spacious landscaped garden across three levels, leading down to the ocean. Plants and trees provide shade and privacy.
Stone patio with outdoor furniture for lounging and Big Green Egg barbecue with integrated table (charcoal provided).
Grass lawn, sun loungers and hot tub overlooking the water.
Lower garden with swinging egg chair and gated access to the beach.

Please note, children must be supervised in the lower garden, as it gives access to the beach. 
Please note the steps down to the beach are uneven and there is a 2 metre drop down at the bottom.
