The large outdoor deck at the front of the property offers more seating and dining space, where the whole family can enjoy delicious meals with stunning views over the ocean. A versatile utility-come-shower room can also be found on the ground floor. Three bedrooms are laid out over the first floor, one of which is a king-size with an en-suite bathroom and incredible sea views.


Porthleven is an exceptionally vibrant town with a golden sand beach, a bustling harbour (both 0.5 miles), and some foodie-approved destinations that you simply must try. From here you’re well positioned for exploring coast and country walks, whether that be along the South West Coast Path (less than 100 metres), amongst the pleasant woodlands of Penrose Hill or around The Loe pool (both 1.5 miles). You can also venture deeper into the Lizard Peninsula to find further beaches and clifftop beauty spots or take a day trip to St Michael’s Mount (9 miles).
