It's better at the lake! Gorgeous views in this deep water cove with private dock close to Nottely Dam.
Close to Blue Ridge, Blairsville and Murphy NC for dining, shopping and recreational attractions. Take a short hike to a waterfall or enjoy the breathtaking views from the Appalachian Trail. Make time for horse back riding or the Blue Ridge train.






THE MAIN FLOOR:
- Our lakefront home boasts sweeping views and a generous open floor plan with a well equipped kitchen and an island for family and friends to gather around.
- Off of the kitchen is the cozy living room/dining room with a beautiful stone fireplace and seating for 12. Enjoy a meal or games around the large dining room table with impressive views.
- The large sunroom has magnificent views of lake Nottely and also includes a stone gas fireplace and a television with streaming capabilities.
- The 1st Bedroom (Master), with an impressive view, has a queen sized bed Roku TV, private master bath with a double vanity, jacuzzi tub and stand up shower. Also located off the kitchen is a 2nd spacious Bedroom that has a queen sized bed Roku TV and a full bath.


THE DOWNSTAIRS LEVEL:
- A second kitchen makes this home perfect for multi- family stays The fully equipped downstairs kitchen is open to more living space with another gorgeous fireplace,
and streaming television. The second floor opens to a large covered patio, with a generous amount of seating and a gas grill. Perfect for just hanging out!
- The roomy 3rd bedroom, downstairs has a king sized bed,Roku TV, full bathroom and lake views.
A 4th quaint bedroom has 2 full sized beds and a lovely view of the lake! And finally a bunk room with 4 bunks for the kids!
- The downstairs full bathroom has a shower/tub and is a perfect place to rinse off after playing in the lake all day!

ACCESS TO THE LAKE:
- The covered porch welcomes a gentle walk through the yard to the Single Slip aluminum, covered dock. Bring your own boat, jet ski and water toys or rent from multiple marinas on the lake. We also provide Kayaks for your use. We have a great location on the lake just a few minutes from town.

GENERAL:
Free WiFi, towels/linens, complimentary toiletries, iron/board, hair dryer, trash bags/paper towels, gas grill, 4 kayaks, central heating & air conditioning. Stroller, crib, pack n play, playpen and bassinet also available upon request.

ACTIVITIES:
- Challenge your "house mates" with a game of corn hole or badminton! Outdoor activities include Kayaking, swimming and roasting marshmallows by the fire.

Family summer get together

The house was very accommodating for our family get together. Everyone had space to spread out and spacious rooms to get together for meals, games and puzzles. The dock was perfect for our boat rental and the cove was relaxing for swimming and kayaking. Communication was great on check in and check out.

Family trip

Whispering Pines was a fantastic place to stay, we had a group of 8 and had more than enough bedrooms, has 3 living areas with tvs, 2 kitchens, nice dock, fire pit and everything we needed. Nancy and Wendy left us a welcome gift which was really sweet, had soap, trash bags, laundry detergent . Check out was easy.

We had a wonderful stay and the view of the lake did not disappoint. Our large group had plenty of space to spread out, but also great spaces to come together for a meal or a game. The house was well stocked and the inside was clean. The lake was gorgeous and super clean.

Making Memories

This home was perfect for 9 people on the lake. We had so much room to spread out. The home was equiped with everything we needed and more. The lake was beautiful, we rented a boat and experienced tubing, smores by the outside fire pit, and played many board game that were at the house. I can be OCD, this home was very clean. We hope to return!

Wonderful week on the lake

We had an amazing time on Lake Nottely. Check-in was a breeze. The house was clean and ready for our arrival. Easy access to the dock and 4 kayaks waiting to explore the lake. The views from the patio and upstairs dining/living rooms are gorgeous. Quick drive into Blairsville for anything you need + the Appalachian Trail and Chattahoochee National Park. Check-out was detailed and simple. Two simple service requests were taken care of in hours. The property manager attentive was beyond helpful. Highly recommended house for family and friends groups together.

Family vacation

This is our second year staying in this home. It meets our needs beautifully. Communication with the owner/manager is seamless and quick. Answers very fast. The only problem we had was with the dock with appears to be an ongoing fixing problem. They are obviously working on it to make it better. I highly recommend and will come back again.

Our family had a wonderful time at your lake house and everything was exactly as the listing showed- the house was well stocked and big enough for all of us to fit comfortably. We loved the dock and renting a boat from tbe Nottely Marina. It was an awesome time!
