"Wir waren dort eine Nacht zur Durchreise. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Hotel. Das Frühstück ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Würden es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen."

"We had an excellent stay at Axel Hotel San Sebastián and would definitely return. The hotel is perfectly located, very central and ideal for exploring San Sebastián on foot. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the hotel felt modern, stylish, and comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms are beautifully designed, quiet, and the beds are extremely comfortable. A special mention goes to the staff, who were always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The parking is secure and conveniently located directly at the hotel. At €29 per night, it is slightly expensive, but understandable considering the city location. Overall, we were thoroughly satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this hotel. We would definitely book here again."
