„Our cottage was charming. As an amputee, the rooms were easy to maneuver and a shower chair was provided. Not the standard hot breakfast at hotels. Their food was really good. While the bed was comfortable, it was also pretty hot. “

„Wonderful historic hotel with notes to read about past events. It can really help you imagine the 1800s, since it was lovingly restored with the goal of looking just like it did. Laurie was kind, helpful and thoughtful too. Room stayed cool and we enjoyed passing trains. Easy to walk around town with dining options and you could walk to it from the Amtrak station. The only suggestion would be to have a hanger or 2 in the room and maybe some bottles of water, although the room had a glass bottle ...
