„A wonderful location on the water with great views. Within a very easy and short drive to either Reedville. Kilmarnock, Irvington, White stone etc. Small tip if you plan on eating meals at the house, may be best to plan ahead and bring groceries with you. That was our plan and it really worked out. “

„Our group spent a wonderful week at David's lovely and private home! The group included four families with kids ranging in age from 5-16 yo. Everyone had plenty of space - the bunk sleep room was great for the kids. The house was well appointed including kitchenware and comfortable furniture. The kids used the crab pots and had a nice haul for lunch one day. The back yard is spacious and the perfect spot for a fire at the end of the night, and the dock area is incredibly serene. „We have stayed at many rentals and this was certainly one of our favorites! Katie is the most gracious host and was available to answer any questions we had. The house is beautifully decorated and the space is well-thought out. The house is fully stocked and we had everything we needed.My husband loved the hot tub and we both loved the huge yard! „The property and location were great made our stay exactly what we were looking for, very clean and comfortable, well stock with everything you would need away from home, the bedrooms were great. „This lovely place was one of the best we’ve ever stayed at. Everything was well stocked. It was exactly as advertised, but better. It’s one of the most peaceful places we’ve found. Our dogs loved it, because they had so much space to roam and explore. We loved the beach. The host even laid a bonfire for us down there, so all we had to do is light it. „A lovely small home on a quiet street in a quiet village. The layout of the house is very comfortable, the property was very clean and the hosts, Lolly and Lindley, very welcoming and helpful. It also has one of the best equipped kitchens I’ve encountered via VRBO. We came with our dog who is just finishing a recovery from surgery and neighborhood was perfect for taking her on longer walks.“

„Absolutely stunning views, super quiet setting, enjoyed the garden. Wish we had bright paddle boards and kayaks. We did not- failed! The weather was fabulous end of September and the water was not too cold. We had 7 adults and 2 dogs, everyone was very comfortable and had a nice weekend. „We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful stay at the little blue house. It is well furnished with a completely equipped kitchen. Peaceful water views. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds. Easy access to White Stone, Kilmarnock and Urbanna. We took advantage of getting take out at The River Market in White Stone and Something Different in Urbanna. Forrest was VERY responsive. All in all….a great stay. “

„Check-in was easy, the kitchen was amazing, and Wi-Fi worked great. The in-door pool was a big hit. There was a lot of room to spread out and/or to gather together. The third floor Pirate's outlook was a big hit with the kids. Everyone thought that the beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was nice, as was the fire pit.
