„Great facility with lots to offer. Really super clean rooms comfortable beds. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. The lady at the front desk Gwen, was fantastic she upgraded our room with a lake view. We appreciated all the information that she gave regarding where to eat since this was our first time in Hayward. The only thing about the service was we requested some fresh towels and never got them. But really a well appointed room nicely done only one problem was ...

No complaints with the exception of the fact that the hand soap and facial tissues ran out within the first use of both. Making sure the soap & tissues are properly stocked (especially during cold & flu season) would be appreciated. “
