One of the toilet seats was broken and dangerous, reported on arrival but still not repaired when leaving 2 weeks later. Was missing the welcome pack that included check out details. BIG ALERT - didn’t get damage deposit back despite repeated asking. Had to do a bank chargeback. NOT ACCEPTABLE! “
