Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation: Up to 30 days before arrival
- 50% charge: Cancellation between 30 and 14 days before arrival
- Non-refundable: Cancellation within 14 days of arrival

A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.

Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing. RLA298101.
