You’ll have plenty of room to settle in — with a double garage and extra parking out front for additional cars, a boat, or all your beach gear, getting in and out is a breeze.

Step inside and you’re welcomed by sleek, polished concrete floors that guide you into the heart of the home. Just off the entry is the master bedroom — a peaceful retreat featuring a super king bed, walk-in robe, and a modern ensuite stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer for your convenience.

Next, you’ll find a second lounge — a cosy, private space with a smart TV and soundbar, ideal for quiet time, kids' movies, or a little extra room to spread out.

The open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area is the hub of the home — light-filled, stylish, and made for relaxing together. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for anything, with a double oven, microwave, pod coffee machine, and even a sushi-making kit for those who feel inspired. The large island bench with four bar stools is perfect for casual meals or a glass of wine while cooking. The six-seater dining table sits beside two sliding doors that open out to the backyard, bringing the outdoors in.

The main living area offers a comfy couch, smart TV, a selection of books and games, and easy access to the outdoor space — where you’ll find a generous backyard, complete with a built-in concrete firepit (with cushions for extra comfort) and an outdoor dining table for six. The remaining three bedrooms — one with a queen bed, one with a double, and one with two singles (which also includes a sliding wardrobe), are conveniently located near the main bathroom, which features a bathtub, separate shower, and more thoughtful touches for a comfortable stay.

The laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, iron, and ironing board, and opens out to the backyard.
