„The townhome was as described in the photos. Amazing sunsets and views of the golf course. The owners were very responsive and communicated via text to see if everything was ok. There is lots to do in the area. We went night snorkeling with the manta rays, watched sunset and stargazed at the top of Mauna Kea and golfed at the Waikoloa beach golf course. The pool area is great and the beach is close by. Everything was great - I would recommend the townhome to family and friends.“

„We enjoyed 4 nights in this condo. The condo was clean and neat, with lots of room for our 4 person group. The balcony had a great view of the water. It was a great base from which to explore the Waimea area and the Northwest coast. It was driving, not walking, distance to restaurants and other touristy activities. The Managers were very good and helpful and friendly.“

„We really enjoyed this place! The location in the community could not have been better. The proximity to the pool and the bbq’s made the time at the condo really enjoyable. Parking for a second car was a little difficult on a couple of night when we returned late. But overall we had a great time.“

„Waikaloa Colony Villa Condos are conveniently located in the Waikaloa Resort area. They are well maintained and very quiet! Pool area is beautiful! Condo is well appointed with spices, beach towels, kitchen supplies, beach chairs, and pool noodles. Beds are comfortable and ceilings fans keep condo cool enough, we didn’t need to use the air conditioning very often at all. We would love to stay here again!!“

„My husband and I loved our stay here. The unit is sparkling clean and fresh which is a top priority for me!! It has everything you'll need for your stay and the owner has considered every thoughtful touch. Bedroom & bathroom get nice and cold with the AC in there and there was a great breeze to cool down the living area and kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.“

„Our family of 10 had a fantastic time at this property! It was more than adequate for all of our needs. There were tons of towels and beach toys for all the kids. „This was our 15th FLW rental, and it certainly did not disappoint. We enjoyed the remote feel of the location, while we also appreciated that it was within easy driving distance of everything we wanted to do. We also appreciated how well appointed the kitchen was—making it easy for us to cook dinner at “home” every day. We had plenty of space, and enjoyed evenings in the hot tub. We highly recommend this property and hope to be able to return one day.“

„This was our first trip to Hawaii and this location was nothing but perfect for my family. Not only is it a beautiful property/condo, it is across a shopping center that has what you need including dining options. Everything was perfectly clean, well equipped, and beds were comfortable! The Hilton Pool pass, beach chairs and ice chest were a huge plus for us. Michelle is a great host and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. I definitely recommend and look forward to staying again.“

„Obwohl wir ausserhalb der Öffnungszeiten der Reception anreisten, klappte die Wohnungsübernahme bestens. Die Wohnung war sehr gross, bestens eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Auch die Anlage in dem sich die Wohnung befand war sehr gepflegt. Pool, Grillplatz und Fitnessraum waren auch vorhanden. Wir haben unseren Aufendhalt sehr genossen.“

"Kann die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und würde wieder hier übernachten. Grosses Wohnzimmer mit separatem Schlafzimmer. Schönes und grosszügiges Badezimmer. Küche mit Geschirrwäscher und eigene Waschmaschine vorhanden. Sauberes Zimmer, gute Reinigung. Freundliches Personal. Riesige Anlage, gut organisiert. Shuttlebus oder kurze Autofahrt zu einem Marketplace mit Läden, Restaurant und die Möglichkeit Lebensmittel einzukaufen."
