„Schöne geräumige und gepflegte Unterkunft. Die Anlage lädt zum Verweilen ein. Sehr freundliches Personal. Nahe der Blackcomb Gonddla, nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Nur ein kleiner Verbesserungspunkt: Leider keine Klimaanlage. Es gibt aber Ventilatoren in der Unterkunft.“

We directly contacted the owner and claimed that this is definitely what we were expecting. He apolgized that no pictures of the newly furnished appartments are presented(and still not presented three months later). Neither any alternative was offered nor any financial compensation.
