„Company did refund our last night’s stay due to not being able to access the campsite. Creek bed flooded. Talked to management and asked if there was somehow we could get our medications that were in the tent….and we shouldn’t go without them. They stated they couldn’t do anything about it. Didn’t even offer other suggestions or provide an alternate place for us to spend the night. We finally found a hotel that had a vacancy, but it wasn’t until midnight.“

„Cute, modernized, perfect location if you want to visit both parks. Wished it was a bit cleaner - repaint window sills, several hairs in the sheets. Otherwise comfortable and perfect if you need a convenient place to crash after a long day of hiking. Wish owner would provide written instructions in unit on how to operate air conditioner/heater and the hot plate which only works with the pan they provide.“

„This was an amazing stay. Everything was perfect to furnished and clean. All utilities provided were so perfect , which worked out because we forgot some items but the cabin saved us. Our family had a blast here and made beautiful memories. Loved it , one of the best stays ever. The lake is very close by and we were able to catch fish with ease. The kids loved and even our elderly had a good time. “

„It was a very convinient location between Zion Park and Bryce Canyon. It was a very comfortable and we found everything that we need, I really like the decoration and everything that provided. I won't take the excelent rate away, but I have couple of comments. The soap dispenser in the shower was very low in soap; and the step between the kitchen and the living room it is a little to tall, we are in our 60's and were able to manage, however someone older, may have trouble with the step. "Ein tolles Erlebnis! Die Domes sind klasse, Dinner war hervorragend und die Location ein Traum. Wir waren vorher in 5* Hotels unterwegs, aber der Aufenthalt hier war unser Highlight. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel sind etwas „verpeilt“ aber alle nett und hilfsbereit."

"The property is very well maintained and the cabins are practically brand new. The beds are super comfy and the bathroom is bright and spacious. You can park right in front of the cabin. Communication with the staff was exceptional. Although we arrived pretty late in the evening eveything was taken care of and we could enter our cabin right away. Hatch is a super small town. Therefore the few dining and breakfast options were such a pleasant surprise. We would highly recommend the property to anyone! "
