No waiting in line at the gas station. Compatible with all models, but bring your adapter if you own a Tesla. There is also a brand new standby generator which will save you from any unexpected power outages. It turns on automatically if needed. (Numerous power outages happened during a heat wave in the summer of 2026) Plans are also for a complete remodel of the kitchen and bathroom this winter, so book now before the remodeled pricing goes into effect.

All bedding, towels, beach towels & beach chairs are provided. All beds are made when you arrive, and you can leave them as is when you go, just like in a hotel. Hair dryer, bottled liquid soap and shampoos also provided. Coffee, tea , and creamers/sugar. Iron, ironing board. I have been living on the Cape for over 39 years, and renting here for over 18, so know your hard earned money isn't going to a corporation. No pets - no exceptions. No smoking in or out.
